Business Checks, Personal Checks, and Money Orders in US funds are also accepted for payment. Please note that we must wait 10 business days for any Personal or Business Check to clear before we can ship out your order. Money Orders are guaranteed and allow for immediate shipment of your order (depending on product status). Please do not send cash for payment, as you risk the loss of these funds in the mail. The website is enabled to accept credit cards online, if you would like to use one of the aforementioned means of payment please call our customer support team at 1.877.954.7732 to get authorization.
As noted above, we cannot accept credit cards for orders outside of the U.S. and Canada due to the risk of fraud. Kolder Holder attempts to display product as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color seen matches the product color exactly. The display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor used and how it calibrated. Item samples are available to provide optimal interpretation of item color and quality.

When your order ships, you'll get a UPS or FedEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. This number allows you to easily track your package at http://www.ups.com or http://www.fedex.com. In some cases, it may take a day or so for your tracking number to show up in the tracking system. If you don't receive your tracking number within a day after the expected shipping date, please e-mail us at email@example.com. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Time / Status
The total amount of time that it takes for you to receive your order is based on many factors including: delivery address, time of season, product ordered, etc. The estimated production time will be displayed on the product page and after the product is ready to ship we will use the most economical means of shipping the product to you while meeting your in-hands date.
All returns must be declared in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Kolder Holder will refund the entire order if the error in product or imprint is the fault of yourpromopeople.com. If a customer has signed off on the artwork and product information we will not accept any returns or reimburse any funds related to that order. We always ensure that the client receives a proof and order acknowledgement to ensure that any mistakes are caught before the order process is complete.
